In the Beginning there was…

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA,  having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens:

 JUSTICE, social, economic and political;

LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;

EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;

and to promote among them all

FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation;

 IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION.

did I miss something or have we forgotten somethings…?

    i am not but time unfortunately has the best sense of humor. they had good intentions, well, at least some of them in there. but we have progressively fallen, we will agree, if we are honest. as a nation we are moving only with the successful, rich and powerful. all the above values can be bought if you are privileged. when it comes to the matter of money, everybody is said to be of the same religion, i think voltaire said this. even if you are a minority etc if you are rich you can afford, buy, forget and be indifferent. but others who are not as fortunate, what about them? secular, socialist etc are just words then.we had ideals and along the way lost them. plain facts.

    modi and his cohorts don’t have the time. they are busy polishing their hatori hanzo’s. they will know our intent much before we articulate ourselves. just like they know the intent, meaning, objectives of every other so called outsider. they are the terminators of our era, uber-mensch, who have already dug everybody’s graves. be silent and you already are in one.
